I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the heart of the city square was perfect. I loved being able to step outside and immediately be surrounded by the historic charm of the town. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring that my room was always clean and tidy. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch and made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, which was convenient for exploring the area. The room amenities such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar were all of high quality and added to the overall comfort of my stay.

Breakfast is delicious and the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. the hotel has an elevator and bike rental services, providing convenience.

The noise level outside can be high at night during holidays, so it is recommended to request a room at the back of the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Lower Austria and was really impressed with my experience. I was blown away by the great value for the price I paid, especially considering the location close to many key attractions. the service was truly exceptional – the staff were so friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. Lastly, I really appreciated the clean and spacious rooms, as well as the delicious food served at the hotel’s restaurant.

While I had an overall great stay, there were a few minor details that could have been improved. For example, there were not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, which was a bit inconvenient.
